- Visit the ‘powerful and influential’ hall of fame
- Try some Wii Fit exercises and learn how to be slim and healthy and speak to Health Champions
- Try healthy cooking and world cuisine
- Quizzes and prizes to be won
There will be a crèche so mums can enjoy the day too.
