The Barking and Dagenham Tobacco Alliance is a multi-agency group established in 2009 to work together to combat the harm caused by smoking to the population of Barking and Dagenham.

The Alliance aims to reduce the harm caused by smoking amongst local people through partnership working with representatives from the local authority, health, education, enforcement, and community and voluntary sector.

Our vision is of a smoke free future in Barking and Dagenham, where our community is free from the harm caused by tobacco use, and where people live longer, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
