17th June, 2010
A new structure of meeting was tried today - it was a "game of two halves". The first half was an hour of "business" in which a shortened agenda included a Total Commissioning briefing and an update from the PSB away day. The latter contains a number of strategic and structural changes to the Partnership as a whole which will see us working together differently in the future. The final part of the hour was to be a discussion surrounding the financial impact on Partnership working, however it was agreed to postpone this until after the Emergency Budget announcements next week. The second half of the meeting was a longer, in depth exploration of the external engagement of the Partnership. PSB considered our shared vision, the networks we have as partners and ways we can increase the influence of the Partnership with the use of external engagement.
